Tuna Sandwich Recipe

I am a fan of tuna sandwich and I browse some article stating that tuna sandwich is a good diet. They call it “tuna diet”. I have tried it for weeks with swimming and some best diet pills every other day. But sad to say I have to stop it because I got sick for more than a week. And I am still suffering from cough until until and my eyes get itchy most of the time that why I avoid going out in the house for this reason. I really miss swimming and my tuna diet. Hope I could do it sooner
