Lowering my Cholesterol Level
For the past few months, I have been posting about recipes and some healthy food and few readers of mine also requested me to post on Tips on Lowering Cholesterol Level..Well, now your wish is granted
Okey, I will give you some tips on lowering cholesterol level. There are only two important ways in lowering cholesterol level.
(1) Regular exercise
Regular cardio-aerobic exercise (like walking, swimming) is essential to maintain the strength and resilience of your cardiovascular system.
(2) Follow a healthy diet
You need to choose the correct type of dietary fat, and reduce your intake of high-cholesterol foods or if you wanted you can take some diet pills to take off some of your fat . Another thing is you can eat brown rice instead of the common white one. In addition, your daily diet should include regular amounts of fresh fruit, vegetables and dietary fiber (especially soluble fiber).
