Is Vitamins Needed?

This is just a common question to everybody like if food supplement is needed to take everyday even if you eat healthy foods. Is vitamins Needed? And I would say yes, it is needed because nowadays we can’t be assured that even we eat healthy foods but the presence of nutrients is some what doubtful. It is really needed that we should be taking a healthy nutrious meal everyday but nowadys no matter how we would buy healthy foods. It would end taking it not healthy anymore so we need food supplement to fill our body with the nutrious it needs.
