Hold the Sugar
Think twice before devouring the slice. Keep sugar cravings under control with these tricks.

- Buy treats In Units
When it comes to sweets, it’s best to keep count of everything you put inside your mouth. And , you can’t really do that in a bag of chocolates or a slice of cake. Opt for a lollipop or a Popsicle instead, so it’s easier to keep track of portions. If chocolate is the only thing to quite that craving , reach for a bite size bar or anything individually wrapped.
- Skip Soda
Those empty sugar calories aren’t going to fill you up- you are better off with something you can chew. If you’re really craving for something sweet to drink, go for an all-natural alternative like fruit juice. You’ll get an extra dose of vitamins too!
- Have a Free day
Don’t indulge your sweet tooth everyday. Turn one day out of the week into a splurge day when you can eat whatever you’re craving for. Never allow yourself to feel deprived or you’ll just be more prone to bingeing. I hope this also means that I can do what I want sometimes like playing casino while eating bars of chocolate
- Feast of Fruits
Let’s be realistic. A sugar habit is not that easy to quit. Start with small steps like substituting an extra serving of fruits for your usual sweet snack. It’s a great way to eat healthier without letting go of the foods you love.
