Herbalife Shake Recipe

Bananaberry Shake
8 oz. Low Fat or Soy Milk
2 Tbsp. Formula 1 Vanilla or Wild Berry shake mix
2 Tbsp. Protein Powder (optional)
½ Banana
¼ cup fresh or frozen Blueberries
Mix in Blender.
Makes 1 serving.

I love this Herbalife shake especially the Vanilla flavor blend with banana and low fat milk. Aside from it is nutritious and has a complete nutrients that the bosy needs, it also provides the body with the enrgy we need on the whole day activity. It is like an energy auditing that gives us more than what we need and helps us to attain a good body health to our family if we include them on having this shake.
