Exercise is the Best Weight Loss
They said that exercise is the best weight loss and I have to agree with that but you also need to have a proper balance diet that will make it more effective and faster. Tomorrow, we will be starting on our modern dance exercise near the office and I am so excited on it. I’m gonna do it with a 30 minutes elliptical before hitting the dance floor. This is one of the few gym equipments that I mostly spend time. Why? Because it allow me to sweat more. ![]()
