Banana Shake Recipe
Ingredients:
1/3 cup lemon juice
1 quart orange ice
1 banana, mashed
1 pint cold water
1/2 cup cream or evaporated milk
1 orange, sliced
How to make Banana Shake
- Combine lemon juice, banana and sugar. Chill.
- Stir in cream.
- Add orange ice and water, mix well, and serve at once.
- Decorate with orange slices.
I am not very fond of banana shake and so is my hubby. So usually if we have our herbalife meal, we just put is in a shaker and mix it with low-fat fresh milk but hubby loves it in a simplier way or just mixing it with water. They said that it is foods that burn fat and I can say that it is true and we’ll everybody can try it . I love my herbalife meal with fresh milk on it. Makes me crave for more.
