Ampalaya
Ampalaya with eggs
- 1 ampalaya (bitter melon or bitter gourd)
- 1 tbsp salt (or to taste)
- 2 large eggs, lightly beaten
- 6 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 medium-sized onions
- 4 tbsp veg oil
This is one of my favorite dish during breakfast. Cooking this food takes only 15minutes and I assure you that this is nutritious and you’ll gonna love eating this. And this is good for the heart….Agree?
